I haven't written in awhile and have some things to update everyone on.
So, on the Pulmonary front:
- I had an exercise pulmonary function test, which I could not complete due to coughing and inability to breath
- I was put on Advair with hopes that it will clear up my inability to breath and I will be allowed to start trying to workout on Thursday, the 27th
- I will have a follow-up visit with him in December
- If this treatment plan does not work I will be referred to a great pulmonologist at the University of Washington
On the lady part front:
- I had a student do my yearly pelvic exam and she didn't do it right so I have to redo it.
- I had a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound which said that I have a great looking uterus, but moderate fluid in the area (don't know what that means...)
Finally, on the Optometry front:
- I finally went to the eye doctor to get an eye exam (which should have been done a long time ago)
- I ended up needing glasses, so now I am a glasses wearer...
- I only need them to see far away, but have been wearing them all the time for the most part.
So, that's it... that's the story. I am feeling better. I am still really tired all the time, but I think if I would just get on a schedule things would be better. (That would be tough since I have late night classes and a husband who works a crazy schedule...)
Aw my Heatha. Love ya and glad to hear progress is being made. Also don't you love how crisp things look with glasses? You don't realize your sight's not that great until you put them on and look around that first time. :)
ReplyDeleteSend me your schedule sometime--would love to talk soon!
